Job description
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales support officer. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with different sales related and/or administrative tasks in order to enable that the sales team is able to focus on the realization of their targets. You will be part of a dynamic and cohesive team, where dedication and commitment are the driving forces.

Your responsibilities:
- Handling orders and confirmations
- Maintaining contact with customers and partner departments
- Management of the internal company management system (data recording, management of customer relations)
- Preparation and administration of price calculation, contract and vehicle documentation
Your profile
- Minimum secondary education, higher education is an advantage
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar field
- User-level knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work accurately and in a structured manner, even in stressful situations
- Native Czech language and communication-level English in writing and speaking
- Driving license: B necessity
