The quality of our product and services determines whether our customer is satisfied. To meet customer expectations even better than before, our quality policy is not only focused on zero defects but also on improving every day. That is why at DAF we believe in continuous improvement. Through techniques such as lean belt, six sigma and our PACCAR Production System (PPS) philosophy, employees are stimulated to continue thinking about (quality) improvements. 

To support all of this, DAF has a quality management system that is easily accessible and shows how our processes are organized. DAF is also ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified (a specific quality standard for the automotive industry).
