Job description
As Information Analyst, you will bridge the gap between our business operations and IT team.
Your primary focus will be designing and specifying the contract management related processes, including the integration between Alfa Systems and Exact Globe+. You will configure the Codeless BPA Platform with standard connectors and custom interfaces, as well as configure the Alfa and Exact endpoints and related templates.
Key Responsibilities of the Information Analyst are:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with product owners & business stakeholders to gather and document process and system integration requirements between Alfa Systems, Exact Globe+ and supporting tools.
- Business Process Re-design: Design and document contract management processes to enhance operational excellence and efficiency for our Wholesale & Retail financing business.
- Data Mapping & Transformation: Translate business rules into precise data mapping specifications, defining how financial transactions trigger automated data movements.
- System Integration Design: Design technical interfaces and data flow to ensure accurate, secure, and timely data transfer between our systems.
- Platform Configuration & Guidance: As the expert on Alfa, EXACT & BPA Platform you’ll be guiding other team members on application configuration, middleware configuration, workflow orchestration, error handling, and API utilization.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation in English, e.q. functional specifications, interface design documents, and data dictionaries.
Your profile
For this challenging position, we would like to get in touch with candidates with a completed IT-technical education at bachelor or masters level. You are a pragmatic team player who likes to work agile and preferably has a strong affinity with working in a financial services organization You have previous experience as Information Analyst or Systems Integrations Analyst.
Furthermore you have strong working knowledge of :
- Documentation and visualizing processes;
- Application integration;
- Data mappings, preferably bridging systems with accounting software (e.g. Exact).
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written) and preferably Dutch
- Strong in translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and vice versa for business requirements.
Department
PACCAR Financial Europe (PFE) provides financial services to DAF dealers and end customers to support the sales of DAF trucks. PFE is part of the worldwide PACCAR Financial Services organization, has its headquarters in Eindhoven at the DAF premises and is active in a large number of European countries with own sales offices and used trucks centers.
PFE has 4 lines of business: WholeSale Financing to DAF-dealers, Retail Financing to End Customers, Short Term Leasing/Rentals and Asset Management & Used Trucks Remarketing.
The PFE Information Technology department is responsible for the development, configuration, testing and deployment of innovative IT-solutions, management & maintenance of these systems during their lifecycle and support of the users of these systems. PFE-IT consists of appr. 25 fte. and works according the agile framework. Most of the systems are subject to SOx-regulations.
The Retail Financing systems landscape has been renewed recently, a new state-of-the-art systems landscape for Asset Mgt. & Used Trucks Remarketing has been implemented and still in progress and WholeSale Financing replacement has been started.
