You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while contributing to the growth of our online presence and lead generation efforts. A key part of your role will be creating engaging content for dafusedtrucks.com. This includes writing blog articles, developing FAQ content, creating customer testimonials, and identifying other opportunities to improve the website experience and support our SEO strategy.

In addition, you will focus on three key areas:

  2. Google Ads Campaigns: You will support the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns aimed at attracting potential used truck buyers to our website. You will learn how to target the right audience, monitor results, and improve campaign effectiveness;
  3. Google Analytics & Website Optimization: You will analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other digital tools. By turning data into actionable insights, you will help improve website effectiveness, increase lead generation, and support decision-making within the team.

No two days are the same. Depending on the projects you're working on, you might:

  • Create newsletters and email campaigns;
  • Write blogs and website content;
  • Analyze marketing performance and prepare reports;
  • Participate in meetings and coordinate activities;
  • Plan and support upcoming marketing campaigns;
  • Identify opportunities to improve our digital channels.

You own your project from A to Z

At DAF Used Trucks, you'll get real responsibility from day one. You'll take ownership of projects from idea to execution and learn what it takes to deliver successful marketing campaigns that generate real business results. Of course, you'll receive guidance along the way. Your supervisor is committed to helping you develop both professionally and personally, while giving you the freedom to learn by doing. "It really is a learning school, because I give it my all, and everyone here knows that. When they finish, they're all glad they came here." – your potential supervisor, DAF Used Trucks. By the end of your internship, you'll have gained:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO and email marketing;
  • Insight into digital lead generation in an international B2B environment;
  • Experience planning, executing and evaluating marketing campaigns;
  • The ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations;
  • Valuable experience within a leading international company.

Department

At DAF Used Trucks, we're growing our digital business and continuously looking for new ways to connect with used truck buyers. Our website showcases all available stock and is designed to generate high-quality sales leads. DAF Used Trucks is responsible for the intake, management, and re-marketing of vehicles returned from lease contracts, short-term rental agreements, and buy-back programs. How does it work? Trucks are leased to customers for a fixed period, typically between 18 months and 4 years. Once the lease ends, the vehicles return to DAF Used Trucks, where they are prepared for a second life on the road. We then resell these high-quality used trucks to retail customers, dealers, and traders across Europe. Every year, around 10,000 trucks find a new owner through DAF Used Trucks, making us one of Europe's leading suppliers of quality used vehicles.

We offer

  • A look behind the scenes at a large, international organization;
  • You get a lot of freedom and responsibility. We are open to your initiatives and depending on the assignment, you will see your results on the work floor;
  • An experienced coach and mentor, from whom you can learn a lot and who is ready to help you further;
  • An internship allowance of € 375 gross (HBO) or € 450 gross (WO) per month on a full-time basis;
  • A travel allowance, if you do not possess a student travel product;
  • A housing allowance, if you temporarily rent a room near DAF.
