For our Global Connected Services department, we are looking for an intern who will assist with couple of tasks.
As an intern, you will be responsible for improving the current Customer Relationship Management ticketing system (CRM 365 Support Center) and build a visualization dashboard based on the information on CRM. These tasks will consist of understanding how to implement certain automation tasks and to put in place a dashboard data model that merges CRM tickets information.
You will work closely with:
- Functional and Technical Application Managers that handle tickets
- Business developers who will contribute with the requirements of an informative dashboard
- AI Tools to facilitate research and implementation
- Private customer information
Your main goals will be to create a near real time or weekly updated dashboard based on the requirements which will be given or already available on CRM and to support and improve the ticketing system for the customer service agents in a pipeline such as email with complaints → CRM → ticketing → notifications.

We are looking for an enthusiastic HBO student who is pursuing a degree in fields such as the below.
- You are enrolled in an HBO program in the field such as or similar as:
- Industrial Engineering
- Marketing and Business Development
- Software Engineering with Business Intelligence
- Information Technology Management
- You are familiar with programming automations to merge different systems together with tools like Power Bi, Tableau, CRM and so on
- You are open minded and innovative, able to communicate, share and accept feedback
- You are a team player and able to collaborate in order to get the work done.
- Strong communication skills in English

Global Connected Services Europe is a dynamic and growing part within the organization of DAF Trucks. It is responsible for services based data derived from the truck. Based on this data, generated by the truck, we offer the customers insights to help them to optimize their operations.
The Marketing and Support team, a department of Global Connected Services, is responsible for defining connected vehicle offerings, ensuring consistent customer experience across brands and channels, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, developing business strategies for third-party services, and managing subscription services.
