The goal of this assignment is to explore and propose innovative ways to optimize, integrate, and enhance truck sales support processes using Artificial Intelligence (AI). Together with the employees in the different processes, you will generate a list of actionable ideas focused on improving efficiency and user experience through AI-driven solutions.
Final products/objectives :
A list of ideas that optimizes, integrates and innovates sales support processes and user-friendly systems with the help of AI. This list needs to be prioritized with the stakeholders. A least one of the prioritized idea has been elaborated in a detailed implementation plan. Your implementation plan should take into account the resistance to the use of AI. Include strategies to overcome this resistance, ensuring smooth integration and acceptance of the AI solution.
Jouw profiel
- Education: Enthusiastic HBO student pursuing a degree in IT, Organizational Process Science, or a similar field with a strong affinity for AI.
- (Work or Internship) Experience: Experience or internships in AI applications, logistics, or sales processes are a plus.
- Other Experience: Preferably experience with data analysis, machine learning tools, or process optimization within a logistical sales environment.
- Language Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch are required to effectively collaborate within the team.
- Competencies: Demonstrates social, professional, and personal skills, including sensitivity to change and adaptability; the number of internship days is negotiable
Afdeling
Truck Logistics is part of the central Marketing and Sales organization of DAF Trucks located in Eindhoven. The main process of Truck Logistics consists of:
- Lead management
- Supporting customer quotations
- Truck Order Management
- Delivery of the trucks
- Registration of the trucks
