For our GPT Division in Eindhoven we are looking for a Supervisor Quality & Reliability. In this position you are responsible for managing the Six Sigma and Reliability Team located in GPT Eindhoven. Also, you will maintain alignment with the Product Creation Process (PCP), Problem Resolution Process (PRP), and Corporate Standards.
Your tasks:
- Manage, coach and inspire a team of quality professionals, Black Belts, DFSS Belts, and Reliability Engineers;
- Secure alignment and compliance of the GPT Development processes; evaluate and discuss with Manager Quality & Reliability;
- Evaluate new GPT Development processes and DAF Business processes impacting GPT; assist in implementing new processes, required changes and train all relevant personnel on Quality & Standards and procedures;
- Keep up to date with new and changing quality standards that affect GPT Development processes.
The Supervisor of Quality & Reliability reports hierarchically to the Manager of Quality & Reliability regarding functional matters, and to the Project/Program Managers concerning project status and progress.
Jouw profiel
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
- +5 years of experience, preferably within Product Development;
- Knowledge of SPICE related standards (ISO15504 & ASPICE);
- Design For Six Sigma belt; Black Belt; Reliability Engineer;
- Understanding of GPT Development practices and day-to-day processes;
- Thorough understanding of ISO standards, setting up procedures and guidelines;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written & oral;
- Process thinker with attention to details;
- Good communicator & relationship builder both internally & externally.

The department Quality & Reliability supports the development processes to achieve and maintain Quality, Reliability, Safety and comply with IATFS16949. Further we set our goal for achieving ISO 26262 and ASPICE Level 2.
The department consists of 15 enthusiastic professionals and is split into three groups: Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma Support, and Reliability Engineering.
