In this position you within the IT Quality team, you will:
- Collaborate with various IT Europe teams on compliance topics such as SOx, UN-ECE, Internal Audit, and ISO9001. Depending on the subject this includes testing, reviewing, facilitating, monitoring and reporting.
- Help manage and maintain the IT Quality System that includes IT Europe processes and procedures.
- Support process owners in updating documents, improving workflows, and tracking key metrics and KPIs.
- Report directly to the Director of Enterprise and Governance of PACCAR IT Europe.
Jouw profiel
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- You have general knowledge of IT processes, related quality procedures, and Six Sigma standards and tools. Knowledge and experience in working in an Agile environment is a pre.
- You are eager to improve your skillset and have the ambition to continuously develop yourself.
- You have a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- You have a good sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude.
- You are communicative, analytical, result- and customer-oriented.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English, verbal and written.
Afdeling
PACCAR IT Europe is responsible for the development, support and management of information systems for the users in Europe of DAF Trucks, PACCAR Parts, PACCAR Financial and PacLease. We employ around 220 IT professionals within IT Europe.
IT Quality is part of PACCAR IT Europe organization and consists of 3 IT Quality Officers. The department is responsible for managing the IT Quality system, supporting all audit related activities, drive continuous improvement and risk management.
