As IT Quality Officer you will be part of the IT Quality team of PACCAR IT Europe.
You engage with all IT Europe teams for compliance related subjects regarding SOx, UN-ECE, Internal Audit and ISO9001. Depending on the subject this includes testing, reviewing, facilitating, monitoring and reporting.
You are responsible for managing the IT Quality System which contains the IT Europe processes and procedures. You facilitate the owners in keeping processes and procedures up-to-date, support improvements and reporting and monitoring on metrics and KPI’s.
You will report to the Director Enterprise and Governance of PACCAR IT Europe.
Jouw profiel
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- You have general knowledge of IT processes, related quality procedures, and Six Sigma standards and tools. Knowledge and experience in working in an Agile environment is a pre.
- You are eager to improve your skillset and have the ambition to continuously develop yourself.
- You have a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- You have a good sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude.
- You are communicative, analytical, result- and customer-oriented.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English, verbal and written.
Afdeling
PACCAR IT Europe is responsible for the development, support and management of information systems for the users in Europe of DAF Trucks, PACCAR Parts, PACCAR Financial and PacLease. We employ around 220 IT professionals within IT Europe.
IT Quality is part of PACCAR IT Europe organization and consists of 3 IT Quality Officers. The department is responsible for managing the IT Quality system, supporting all audit related activities, drive continuous improvement and risk management.
