We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Manager Aftersales to lead and manage the IT teams, projects and systems to support the aftersales department. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing IT processes to enhance service delivery, uptime, security and support business growth. The IT Manager Aftersales is a managerial role, responsible for leading several scrum teams and global projects like Global RMI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of IT solutions specifically for the Aftersales domain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategy with business goals
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and upgrading of Aftersales IT applications
- Manage IT projects related to Aftersales, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Analyze and troubleshoot IT issues to minimize downtime and service disruptions
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal IT performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding IT security and data privacy
Jouw profiel
- Master or Bachelor’s degree
- Proven management experience (5+ years), preferably within IT, the automotive or manufacturing sector
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Strong knowledge of aftersales business processes and IT solutions
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Afdeling
PACCAR IT Europe is responsible for the development, support and management of information systems for all the users in Europe. We employ around 250 IT professionals within IT Europe.
IT After Sales is part of the PACCAR IT Europe services organization. The core responsibility of the department is to develop and support a stable IT application landscape to enable After Sales to achieve their business goals. The department consists out of multiple scrum teams supporting a range of applications.
