The eCommerce account manager manages operations in the Netherlands, the UK, Belgium, and Sales Operations. You work closely with Sales Units and DAF dealers to reach eCommerce sales goals and increase their usage of the Dealer Support Tools. To reach these goals, you frequently visit DAF Dealers and customers on how to use our systems effectively and introduce new program features. You also encourage DAF dealers to use the Dealer Support Tools, to improve the Dealer’s sales and marketing efforts.

- Increase the number of active dealers and customers using eCommerce
- Improve the usage of the Dealer Support Tools
Jouw profiel
We are looking for candidates for a challenging role who have more than five years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in high-tech international markets and the spare parts aftermarket.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, such as Marketing, Logistics or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in account management, preferably working with independent dealer networks
- Knowledge and interest in eCommerce solutions
- Initiative, high energy, and a proven ability to influence and change behavior
- Support strong cooperation between dealer parts and service teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with fluency in English and Dutch. Additional languages are a plus
- Highly adaptable to different audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for business trips
Afdeling
PACCAR Parts Europe (PPE) is a division of PACCAR that operates in a fast-paced and challenging environment. PPE handles the sales of spare parts to over 1,000 DAF dealers, TRP stores, and customers worldwide. To meet our customers’ need for a “one stop shop,” PACCAR Parts offers DAF and PACCAR branded parts for DAF trucks, as well as TRP branded parts for trucks and trailers from other manufacturers. PPE has staff in all major European markets and operates PACCAR Distribution Centers (PDC) in the Netherlands, UK, Spain, Hungary, Germany, Panama, and Brazil.
eCommerce and Dealer Support Tools
The eCommerce implementation team is part of PACCAR Parts Marketing Services and includes four members. Our main goal is to grow the eCommerce business and support our dealers’ sales teams with various tools and systems. Our team is collecting feedback from the market, translate them into improvements, and shares them with the Development team. Once new features are created, our team manages the launch and roll-out and tracks how well they are used to ensure business goals are met. Two important projects our team is currently working on are: Rolling out the NEXT Customer Loyalty program and the MyService functionality within the DAF Webshop. Working closely with the DAF Dealer network, Sales Units and internal stakeholders, the team aims to increase eCommerce revenue and customer growth. Next to the DAF Webshop, the team supports Dealer Support Tools: FOCUS(+), PromoStore, InfoHUB, Dealer Channel.
