DAF’s success is determined by the quality and motivation of its employees. One of the main tasks of HR is to bring the HR policy in line with DAF’s long-term objectives. As a HR specialist you initiate and support the recruitment and mobility of our employees as well as their employability and development. You are able to react quickly to changes, by placing the right people, at the right time, in the right position.
HR is also the contact for individual questions from employees or managers regarding staff regulations, personnel administration and payroll. DAF has its own Health & Safety department which is concerned with, among other things, absenteeism and working conditions.
