DAF’s success is determined by the quality and motivation of its employees. The HR sector concentrates solely on DAF’s ‘human capital’, the most important factor in our success.
Its main task is to bring the human resource policy in line with DAF’s long-term objectives. HR initiates and supports the recruitment and advancement of our employees, as well as their deployability and development. The department advises and supports managers in the implementation of their HR policy. Positions in Human Resources at DAF are of course not restricted to the headquarters in Eindhoven. DAF’s strong growth ensures that there are challenging, international career opportunities in this field, too.
As HR Manager, you are responsible for a proactive HR policy that meets the requirements of the world today. Your primary focus is to ensure that our human capital is well matched to our business objectives.
